  • Passenger details must be accurate; mismatched identity details may affect boarding validation.

  • LabuanGo may send email or in-system notices for schedule changes, delays, or ticket updates.
  • Misuse (fraudulent booking attempts, duplicate bookings, or abuse) can trigger security checks.
Reschedule Policy

LabuanGo supports controlled reschedule flows to keep passenger communication clear and prevent ticket confusion.

  • Schedule Change (Date): Affected passengers receive a notice to accept the new schedule or select an alternative option (if provided). If no action is taken within the notice window, the system may apply the default replacement schedule and issue an updated ticket.
  • Time Change / Delay: Users receive a delay notice for awareness and trip planning.
  • Ticket Remarking: Updated tickets may include a “Rescheduled” watermark and a remark showing a change fee or change note (if applicable).

Operational note: final boarding decisions remain subject to operator/terminal verification.

  • LabuanGo collects only information needed for booking, validation, and ticket delivery.
  • Customer data is used for operational communication (confirmation, notifications, reschedule, ticket updates).
  • Payment handling (if applicable) is managed through the configured payment service provider workflow.
  • Access protection applies to booking management pages to prevent unauthorized viewing.
  • Users may request assistance to correct inaccurate profile details through Support.
